Holly Young, BSN, RN
Owner/Registered Nurse
Holly Young is the owner and Lead Injector at Young Aesthetics. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and has been injecting since 2016.
Holly was born and raised in Missoula, Montana but calls Boise, Idaho home. She was active-duty in the United States Air Force for 8 years and spent an additional 2 years in the Idaho Air National Guard before deciding that Nursing was her true calling.
At the age of 12, Holly was diagnosed with Vitiligo, an autoimmune condition that causes loss of skin color in patches. This diagnosis created a strong desire to learn more about skin health and an aspiration to help others feel confident in their skin.
Holly was formally trained in aesthetics by renowned educators at the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (AAAMS) in Beverly Hills, California. She believes that continued education and training is extremely important in the field of aesthetics and is constantly researching, learning and perfecting her techniques.
Holly is known for her gentle touch and natural approach when it comes to injections and skin treatments. She strives to make her patients feel safe, comfortable and to love their skin!
Leigh Anna Bopp, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
Leigh Anna is a Registered Nurse with over 7 years of experience in critical care and perioperative nursing. Originally from Texas, she earned her BSN from Texas Christian University before moving to Idaho and pursuing her passion for aesthetic medicine. Leigh Anna was formally trained in aesthetics at the NIMA Institute and is dedicated to continued education and refining her craft. She loves helping patients feel confident in their skin, focusing on natural, refined results and building genuine, long-lasting relationships.
Jessica Keen, NP
Medical Director/Nurse Practitioner
Jessica is the Medical Director of Young Aesthetics and the owner of Keenly Crafted Aesthetics in Boise, Idaho.
Jessica is an adult-gerontology certified nurse practitioner and has been working in the medical field since 2008, including hospital medicine, operating room, and cardiology services. She fell in love with aesthetic medicine as it is a “beautiful blend of artistry, medicine, and personal connection”. Jessica completed aesthetics training at Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy and has attended numerous aesthetic conferences, including Julie Horne, RN’s masterclass on lip filler techniques. Furthering her education is one of her top priorities so that she can continue to bring patients the very best products and aesthetic techniques.

Patient Coordinator
Jessica is the Patient Coordinator at Young Aesthetics. Combining over 20 years of experience in customer service and seven years of specialized practice in the beauty industry, she is known for her exceptional ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. She believes in building strong relationships with patients, listening attentively to their concerns, and tailoring treatments to meet their individual needs. As the Patient Coordinator, Jessica plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful operation of the clinic and delivering exceptional patient care. Jessica is dedicated to ensuring that every visit is a positive and relaxing experience at Young Aesthetics.
