Our Policies

  • Patients that are new to Young Aesthetics and looking to schedule an injectable treatment will need to use the “NEW PATIENT” booking options, which includes a Good Faith Exam with our Nurse Practitioner.

    Injectables include: Botox/Dysport/Xeomin, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra and PRF Injections.

    Non-injectable treatments, such as: Lights, Lasers, Microneedling, Chemical Peels & professional-grade skincare, do not require a consultation but can be discussed during this visit, if desired & time permitting.

  • Once established with us, you are welcome to schedule injectable and non-injectable appointments, provided that your intake forms are up-to-date. You will be required to complete the appropriate forms prior to your treatment(s). It is your responsibility to update pertinent medical information (i.e. new medications, change in health, etc.) with us.

  • If possible, please use our Online Scheduling system to book your appointment as we have limited staff answering calls. If you choose to call our office, please feel free to leave a brief message and we will return your call within 24 hours. For best availability, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving our office. Due to the medical nature of most of our treatments, appointments sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.

  • Your appointments are very important to all staff members at Young Aesthetics. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for reschedules & cancellations.

    Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and patient’s on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatments they have been waiting for.

    We ask that all new and existing patients keep a credit card on file when scheduling. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for a cancellation or you do not show up for your appointment (no-show), a $50 fee will be charged to your card.

    You will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling.

    You will NOT be charged for rescheduling or cancelling if we are given at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.

  • Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to safely complete the procedure. We have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment to ensure you receive a quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments.

  • Treatments

    There are no refunds for services/treatments already performed—no exceptions—however, if you are unhappy with a treatment, please let us know so that we have a chance to make things right!

    Prepaid & Packages

    All prepaid treatments and treatment packages are considered final sale once purchased. If a refund is approved (for extenuating circumstances such as medical/health changes or relocation), it will be issued less a 3-6% processing fee to cover administrative and merchant processing costs (unless original purchase was paid in cash). Processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Any treatments already rendered at the time of the refund will be deducted at full retail value.

    Skincare Products

    Unopened, unused skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for credit only. Opened or used products are non-refundable. Exception: if a product causes an unexpected, adverse reaction (allergic response), please discontinue the product and contact us as soon as possible (208)779-2525 (photos may be requested). Promotional and discounted products are final sale.

    Gift cards are final sale.

  • $25 to enroll and annually thereafter—these are non-refundable and do not go towards your beauty bank funds.

    The amount of your choosing will be drafted (via debit/credit card on file) on the 1st day of enrollment and on the 1st of every month while enrolled. *If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, auto-draft will take place on the next business day.

    Membership will be automatically renewed after 12 months unless you cancel.

    Minimum 3-month commitment. Membership cannot be paused.

    Your accumulated beauty bank funds will be available to you (even if you cancel) for 18 months; however, your membership perks are only valid while you’re an active member.

    Your accumulated beauty bank funds cannot be returned, refunded, transferred to someone else.

    Funds MUST be redeemed within 18 months of auto-draft. We will make at least 3 attempts to reach you as we approach the 18-month mark. If not redeemed within 18 months, your membership will be cancelled, your bank auto-draft will be discontinued, and you forfeit the accumulated funds in your beauty bank.

    Member pricing cannot be combined with other offers/promos unless stated otherwise (best offer applies).

    If a treatment, service or skincare product(s) costs more than what is available in your beauty bank, you are responsible for the price difference.

  • All prepaid treatments and treatment packages must be fully redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. After the expiration date, any unused sessions or credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable to other individuals. At management’s discretion, unused sessions may be credited toward other services at their pro-rated retail value (not package pricing) if the package has not yet expired.

    Exceptions could include: medical reasons or relocation.

  • No treatments will be done without pre and post-treatment photography. Patients who refuse photography will not be treated (no exceptions). All photographs are private & covered by HIPPA laws. Post-treatment and all follow-up visits include photography as well. Photos will not be shared or used for social media purposes without written consent by the patient.

  • Please be considerate and let us know if you aren’t feeling well on the day of your appointment. In most cases, a late-cancellation charge will be waived for sickness/illness reasons, however, if you fail to let our staff know that you will not be able to make it to your appointment, a no-show fee may be applied.

Young Aesthetics reserves the right to change office policies, regulations, and pricing at any time, providing reasonable notice.
